Hi, really enjoyed the India episode. I followed her adventure via her blog, and it was great to hear her talk about it. So courageous to take on a trip like that. I think it's one thing to do a 50 mile ride for two or three days in a row, quite another to do that many and more miles five or six days out of the week for a month. Also, there is some great riding around Eugene, and the wine country also. I've taken the train from Edmonds to New Albany, and biked up to Portland, then car home. Good touring trip. Keep up the great work!

Hi Tom! I've been listening for a year or so now, great podcast! Whenever the subject of bike fit comes up, I wonder why recumbents are not more seriously considered. It completely bypasses perfect saddle, back shoulder and hand pain, padded bike shorts...a great alternative for any non-competitive cyclist wanting long rides in comfort. And there are as many recumbent designs as there are breakfast cereals, so choose what feels best! Personally I've been riding recumbents since 1994, almost exclusively 'bents for the last 15 years. Cheers!

Hey, Tom. Love the podcast! I tried to sign up for the rails to trails ride and it asked for a password for the team huffing and puffing. Not sure if that means it's full but wanted to check. Thanks for all you do!

hey tom it's Michael Baltierra I've been listening to your podcasts and you mentioned the zwift rides haven't been doing much to help with your climbing I'm not sure if you're aware but the intensity levels in zwift are set to 50% the gradients on climbs are half of the real life climbs https://zwiftinsider.com/using-the-trainer-difficulty-setting-in-zwift/#:~:text=Trainer%20Difficulty%20is%20set%20to,ll%20feel%20the%20full%20gradient.

I put a Wolftooth oval C-Ring on my daily driver & I have a One-Up oval on my MTB. Love them both.
